Fresh Flowers Are Final Sale

Fresh flowers are perishable goods. Once your order has been delivered, it cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Inspect Your Order on Delivery

Please check your flowers as soon as they arrive. If something isn't right, let us know within 1 hour of delivery, along with photos of the issue, so we can make it right.

Vases & Non-Floral Items

Vases and other non-floral items may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase, provided they are unused and returned in their original packaging.

Rental Items & Security Deposits

A security deposit is required for rental items. This deposit is refunded once the rented items have been collected and inspected.
